How many guests can the Roosevelt Room accommodate?

The Roosevelt Room includes antique tables and chairs with seating for up to 45 guests, making it best for smaller receptions.

Can we host both the ceremony and reception at Hidden Gardens Venue?

Yes. Many couples choose the outdoor ceremony site with the greenery-covered iron arch, then move inside for an intimate reception in the Roosevelt Room.

Are we allowed to choose our own caterer?

Yes. You may bring in your own caterer. The prep kitchen with sink, refrigerator, and service entry is available for them to use. Bartending and security must be arranged through the venue.

What is included with the venue rental besides the Roosevelt Room?

Your booking includes access to the bridal suite, groom’s suite, parlor with antique sofas, fireplaces, covered patio, outdoor ceremony site, and commercial restrooms, along with tables, chairs, and decor pieces.
