Inside, fireplaces upstairs and downstairs, along with a large historic bar and an elegant parlor with antique seating, give guests room to gather comfortably. The Roosevelt Room seats up to 45, making it ideal for rehearsal dinners or smaller gatherings within your celebration.

Our bridal suite includes a private lounge and bathroom, giving you a calm space to get ready. Just across the way, the groom’s suite comes with a TV, gaming system, card table, and its own bathroom. These private areas keep the wedding party close but relaxed before the ceremony begins.

Every booking comes with 10 to 12 hours of venue and outdoor rental, plus a one-hour rehearsal when the calendar allows. We provide 15 wood farm tables, 100 wood padded chairs, a selection of cake and gift tables, and covered patios with heaters for cooler weather. Our prep kitchen is ready for your caterer, complete with a service entrance that connects easily to the bar room and cocktail areas. An on-site manager is present to oversee the facility during your event.

Bringing Your Celebration to Life

We welcome outside vendors with only two exceptions. Bartending must be booked through GR8 Bartending, and security is required when alcohol is served, arranged through us. Couples who want a smooth path often choose one of our all-inclusive wedding packages, which include catering, floral arrangements, photography, and entertainment for up to 100 guests. For a local flavor, many couples bring in Amazing Grace BBQ or work with Lake Worth Florist, both of whom know the space well.
